Lighthouse Pointe At Grand Lucayan Resort, Freeport

This resort boasts a beautiful property that is neat and clean, but sadly, the management and overall atmosphere left much to be desired. The amenities were severely limited due to past hurricane damage, and the service from the staff was not exactly pleasant. While there is potential here, the current state of the resort is disappointing, especially given the high prices.

My stay at the resort was quite disappointing. Although the rooms were clean and had decent space, the overall experience was marred by unfinished renovations, mediocre food, and unwelcoming staff. The location, while near local shops, wasn't very accessible for someone with mobility issues like myself. The facilities, including the pool, were nice, but the lack of proper maintenance cast a shadow over what could have been a great getaway.

I had an absolutely fantastic trip! The staff provided cheerful service, and the hot tub was a great escape from the chilly weather. The beautiful beaches offered a tranquil environment, and the food was delightful. However, I did wish for more nightly entertainment and found the signing for meals a little cumbersome.
